Very clean and neat hotel with excellent bathrooms. The location is nigh on perfect as you're barely a minutes walk from the Calle de Gran Via where you will find many restaurants, shops, and cafes. To be nit-picky, the rooms can be quite small. In addition, the glazing on the windows isn't great, meaning you can hear outside noise quite loudly and clearly. However, as it's not directly on the main road, this is not usually an issue. I'd probably stay here again.

Comfy beds, fab power shower, friendly helpful staff, in the middle of the city. Everything on your doorstep Recommended. Lovely restaurants, shops, and museums No trouble ordering a cab and they are really cheap. Metro and buses close by too

I stayed at Hotel Los Condes in October 2023 for four nights while touring Madrid and Segovia/Avila. The location of the hotel is perfect - one block off the busy Gran Via, on a quiet street. My group of friends was able to walk to the Plaza de Espana, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Prado, Thyssen, Buen Retiro park,Chueca neighborhood, and more. Many of my friends enjoyed the hotel's breakfast; I opted to find breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes. The hotel staff is professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortable and well-planned. The beds were comfortable; everything clean and inviting. I would definitely stay again.

location is pretty good, off Gran Via, 10 min. walk to Plaza de Espana one way and Puerto del Sol another direction. Service was friendly and accomodating, offered us breakfast to go on the day we had to leave early. Negatives- some street noise, room and bathroom quite small, pillows flat, no extras.

Stayed for a long weekend in June. This hotel gets the basics right; big comfortable bed, good showers, clean, nice size room, good air con, friendly staff. So ideal for a short stay. Hotel is also in a great location close to shops, places to eat etc. The only only issue we had was most mornings we were woken up by a ringing phone (!) It was slightly strange and think it was something to do with housekeeping but the phone would ring for a few minutes every 10/15mins from about 7am. This was the only negative.
